Our logistics operations are managed directly from our dedicated facility to ensure consistent oversight of every parcel.
1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS We currently offer shipping services to the following regions:
- The United Kingdom
- The European Union (EU)
- The United States of America (USA)
2. ORDER PROCESSING TIME All orders undergo a formal processing and verification period. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for your order to be prepared for dispatch. Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in the United Kingdom.
3. TRANSIT TIMES & CARRIERS To maintain a high standard of service, we collaborate with established priority logistics providers, including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.
- Estimated Transit Time: 3 to 10 business days after dispatch.
- Method: Priority International Shipping.
4. TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS We implement an automated notification system to keep you informed of your order’s progress. You will receive automated status updates via the email address provided at checkout during the following milestones:
- When your order has been dispatched from our facility.
- When the parcel reaches the primary sorting hub.
- When the parcel is out for local delivery.

6. DELIVERY DISCREPANCIES & DELAYS In the event that a shipment exceeds the standard transit timeframe, we will initiate a formal investigation with the respective carrier. Each case is reviewed individually. Based on the documented findings of the carrier’s investigation, we will facilitate an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement shipment or a full refund of the purchase price.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES For orders to the US and EU, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. The price at checkout is final; all import duties and VAT are managed and covered by our facility.
